Our Work

Every project tells its own story. We've been lucky enough to work on some really interesting spaces over the years - from gutting old warehouses and turning them into something people actually want to live in, to designing commercial buildings that don't look like every other glass box on the block. Take a look around and see what we've been up to.

Distillery District Manufacturing Hub

Distillery District Manufacturing Hub

Took an old brick factory from the 1920s and converted it into a mixed-use space. Kept the original timber beams and added steel accents - clients wanted that raw industrial vibe but with modern functionality.

Queen West Loft Residences

Queen West Loft Residences

16 units that don't feel cookie-cutter. Exposed ductwork, concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows. People want character these days, not just another white box with granite counters.

Liberty Village Tech Campus

Liberty Village Tech Campus

Tech company wanted something that didn't scream 'startup culture' but still felt fresh. Lots of natural light, flexible workspaces, and we snuck in some cool metal fabrication details on the exterior.

Old Customs House Revival

Old Customs House Revival

This one was tricky - had to respect the 1890s limestone facade while completely redoing the interior. Worked with heritage consultants for months but the result's pretty special.

Junction Craft Brewery

Junction Craft Brewery

Designed from scratch with production flow in mind. High ceilings for the tanks, tap room with big garage doors, and we used reclaimed wood from an old railway building for the bar.

Port Lands Redevelopment

Port Lands Redevelopment

Part of a bigger team on this one. Master planning for a whole neighbourhood - mixed income housing, green corridors, public spaces. It's gonna take years but we're excited about the potential.

Rosedale Contemporary Home

Rosedale Contemporary Home

Single-family home that plays with steel, glass, and blackened wood. The neighbours weren't sure at first but now they're fans. It's all about fitting in while standing out, y'know?

King Street Bistro

King Street Bistro

Restaurant fit-out with an open kitchen concept. Custom steel light fixtures, polished concrete, and booth seating that's actually comfortable. Chef wanted people to see the action.

Leslieville Maker Studios

Leslieville Maker Studios

Divided up an old printing plant into artist studios and workshops. Each space needed power, ventilation, and enough room to actually work. Kept things raw but functional.

Financial District Bank Conversion

Financial District Bank Conversion

Turned an old bank into a boutique hotel. The marble columns and ornate ceiling stayed, but we gutted everything else. It's pretty cool seeing people check in where tellers used to work.

Dundas West Townhomes

Dundas West Townhomes

Row of eight townhouses on a narrow lot. Had to get creative with light and space - skylights, internal courtyards, and rooftop terraces. They sold before we finished construction.

Ossington Strip Retail

Ossington Strip Retail

Three storefronts with apartments above. Kept the street level engaging with big windows and recessed entries. Used black steel frames throughout - simple but effective.
